I ordered six bottles of Derma Essential supplement from Derma Essential. I was sent four bottles that contained a product with considerably

fewer and common ingredients. I wrote asking for a refund. They first offered to have me keep the product, and receive

10, then 15% back, a large loss, since I only had a partial order and didn’t want the compound. Then they told me there

would be a 20% restocking fee, even though they botched the order. I said OK under protest and sent the requested

photos of the product and asked for an address and means to do a return, but have not heard back from them via [email protected] since

1/30/26. VISA payment: CARTPANDA* DERMAESS454 $294.00 01/22. I lost $294. Your file upload is not accepting my PDFs.
