I had 30 days to call and cancel - which I did.
They called me tonight and said that I had to pay $250.00 to cancel the subscription. I explained I already cancelled the subscription in September. The Derma Lumiere representative said I could not cancel unless I paid the $250.00. After 15 minutes of explaining to her I finally hung up. I told her to send me an invoice and i wanted to research what I had paid and how I paid.
