Ordered a product from their website thinking it was legit. Received an order confirmation email, but then no communication for a week. Their website said 5-8 days for shipping. They also wanted me to download a separate app to track my order. I finally received an email saying my order had shipped, but USPS is saying the tracking number isn’t trackable. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I also emailed the company but they haven’t responded. I believe I paid for a product they have no intention of sending. I noticed the address they’re claiming on their website looks to belong to a chiropractor, which likely means it’s a scam.
