I ordered products from Dermablend on 7/11/21 with a advertised promotion. The promotion was a full free sized item if I spent over 65 dollars. ( I have attached the image below that I took last night on 7/14/21 showing the promotion was still up) I received an email 7/13/21 AM saying the full sized free item (the only one available for the promotion) was cancelled. I can only attach one picture but I have all my correspondences and can send them all to you per request as well as my account picture. I contacted the company 7/13 and told them to please send the full sized item as promised and they responded 7/13 with a 10 percent off coupon and free shipping on a future order. I responded a 2nd time 7/14 and told them that was not appropriate and that if they were out of the promotional item the promotion should not be active still, which it was. I logged on this morning on 7/15 and all of the sudden the promotion was gone and so was my order history per my customer account that is linked to my order email (which i have and can prove). This all seems incredibly fraudulent. I'm nervous they will modify or use my information further as in my last email I told them I would be reporting their dishonest behavior to the BBB. My tracking number for my order placed 7/11/21 is 1Z47955Y0301244728 and my order number in my email is DRM_00842717. I'm assuming they did this to many other costumers as if they truly were out of this promotional item and they promised the promotion at least 4 days further it most likely effected many others.
