I would like to report a fraudulent online purchase that I made through the website https://dermazinchealth.shop/. On October 1st, I purchased "Malassezia Moisturizer, Safe for Folliculitis and Seborrheic Dermatitis, 2oz" and "Calming Seborrheic Serum, Dermatologist Recommended Topical Serum" for the amount of $53.48, and I have not received the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller through their customer service channels, I have not received any response or update regarding my order.
I believe this website may be involved in fraudulent activities, as I have found no way to get in touch with the company, and other customers may also be at risk. I request that this case be investigated, and appropriate actions be taken to prevent further harm to consumers.
