I paid for a sample size product on facebook. After receiving it I emailed the company less tham two weeks later saying I waa unsatisfied with the product as it caused me to break out. Then, they tried to charge me again after that and continuously call me asking for payment. The payment I sent was for what I received (the sample size) I do not wish to continue on or be harassed constently! Fortunately, my credit card blocked the additional payment, informing me that a fraud transaction was tried to be put through!

I order a trial of DermLumiere through Facebook for the cost of $6.95 shipping on 9/17/23. I received it 9/20/23. On 10/17/23, I contacted the company via email to tell them I didn't want the products and would return them. They wouldn't give me an address to return them to, and only gave me their 800# to call. The people on the phone said that I needed to pay my subscription price of $129 and luckily, the card they had on file had to be canceled due to fraud. Had that not been the case, they would have charged me $129. They call me almost daily to try to get me to pay for a $129 a month subscription that I don't want and still haven't given me an address to return these to. Today (11/29/23) was the latest call, and I told her that I was within my 30 day period when I said I didn't want the product and that my attorney and credit card companies both confirmed that I owe them nothing. She went on to talk as if someone was listening to her on her end and said, "Thank you for your subscription order." and then hung up. I am tired of being badgered by them daily. I don't pick up my phone because they're now using local area codes, and I never know when it is them. The original 800# was 888-831-1160.

I paid for the shipping ($6.95) of the free sample that was said to have no strings attached and received a 0.5 oz bottle of the serum. After more than one month, I received a call from 213-510-6129 asking me if I remember the serum I received. She says she was trying to process a payment but my card did not go through. I told her I remember seeing the $6.95 being charged on my card, and questioned why they would even send the product if payment didn't go through. She said because I didn't cancel, I need to pay for the full price of the item I received. I said I only received the sample, and she said they do not have samples, and that the item I received needs to be paid in full ($130) because I didn't cancel within a month. I asked to prove that I agreed to the terms, as when I signed up for the free sample, it clearly said no strings attached (otherwise I would have never even tried a sample). She said to check their website, which doesn't prove anything. I was told that unless I cancel they will constantly charge my card and keep sending the items and if I don't pay my credit score will be ruined. I told her I wanted to cancel, but she said in order to do that I would have to take care of the outstanding balance of $130 and added she just needed a few more info on my credit card. I recently had to replace my credit card, and apparently they were trying to sneakily set up a recurring payment. I later searched and found that the item that's more than 4 times the size sells at $23. Watch out!

I clicked on an ad via Facebook for Derm Lumiere anti aging lotion and serum. For shipping, you could try the products free of charge. When I received the products there was no information inside the package regarding the company or any details of the order. This was suspect to me as the packaging was tacky for a skin care company. I have not opened the product, was still contemplating whether to try it or not, and had plenty of time on the 30 day trial. A couple of weeks later I started getting calls from unrecognizable numbers, I picked up on one as it was in the same city as my Dr. and thought it may be from his office. It was from "Derm Lumiere", although I had to ask who was calling as they just started in telling me they needed a credit card number, and was told I needed to pay a ridiculous amount for this product. (I found out you can get from Wal-Mart or Amazon from 28.95 to 29.99.). The amount they wanted changed several times throughout the call. I was told if I did not give her a credit card number she would call and harass me until I did. I hung up after she would not allow me to talk to anyone else at the "company". I (finally) found an 800 number to call, and realized I was talking to the same person. She kept telling me she would not cancel the subscription, as I requested, repeatedly. She finally let me talk to someone else, who was supposedly from accounting. This person was just as rude as the first, and did not make any sense as an employee representing a legitimate business. No matter what I said, even the fact that I said I had more time left in the 30 day trial, they said no to cancelling the subscription, even said I had to cancel within 7 days...and that they would not cancel any future orders. (WOW, the rules keep changing.) This lady threatened me, said she was going to "escalate this matter". When I asked her what that meant she said she would send more shipments than only once a month, racking up more money that I "owed" to them and would continue doing so until I paid them, and would ruin my credit. STAY AWAY from Derm Lumiere!

They claim to send you a 'free sample' if you only pay $6.95 shipping. Well, turns out they sign you up for a subscription without your consent, and within a week of receiving the 'free sample' they charge you $129.95 for the 'subscription'. Then when you call, they inform you they can't cancel the subscription. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them before they finally got tired of me yelling at them, they cancelled the subscription, and gave me a 'partial refund' which was less than half of the money they took from me. They also claim 'they don't have free samples' however, that's how they hook you on their website, free samples, just pay shipping and handling. But hey, on their website, they also claim to be a ScamPulse.com accredited company. What a joke. How are these people allowed to continue this crap is beyond me. They baited my wife good, because she thought it was legit.
