My wife placed an order and when she received the invoice, several items ($500+) had been added that she did not order. We were told it already shipped and to send back the order for a refund. They only refunded the original items she ordered even though we returned everything. I believe this is a scam they are pulling to keep the difference of what you ordered and what they added on. We have spoken with several people from customer service on several occasions, and everybody says the same thing with NO results. "You will be credited back in 3 to 5 business days". Just a continual run around. It has been almost 2 months since the order was placed.

I paid for two separate orders on dermstore but neither arrived. They used Pandion as the delivery service and they never delivered the products. Total scam.

I ordered products from the company, they sent me counterfeit products with different labels, I tried to return them, they claim the package never made it back To the warehouse.

made an online purchase with the merchant. received the product and product was not as expected. product worsen my skin. I contacted the merchant for a return (my purchase still fell within their 60 day guideline) and they have been giving me the run around stating that my case was escalated to their quality manager. quality manager never contacted me and i continiously have followed up with the merchant via online chat system through their website. i was in communication with their customer service since 3/31. as of today, 4/14, they've inactivated my account for no reason at all and have gone radio silent on my return and refund request. I've researched via google and have come across reviews that others faced the same situation with their purchases as well
