Derrick D. Griffith claiming to be from the Complaint Dept. of the BBB sent an email telling us that we had a complaint about our business. In the email was a link that provided a download of the text of the complaint. There was an incident number and a request to email him back with a "message about what we plan to do about it". Last I checked the BBB does not send this kind of email. I reported it to the BBB and deleted the email.
