The tree and stump were removed, but hey never returned to complete the agreed planting and top soil replacement . I was left with a large davit in the front where the old tree had been.
They took advantage of me by telling me the billing would be incremental, therefore they was paid for the removal of the tree and stump, but had no interest or intent to complete the job as agreed. The price quoted was reasonable considering it covered everything. But to find someone the finish what they left undone was difficult and costly. Their scheme is to cherry pick the job and collect on the lucrative part and
then skip out and leave the costly and difficult job to someone else, thus costing double what they quoted.
