Found them through a search on Shopify. They reached out to me through their chat, and they sold me on how they were much better. They offered a special for a logo and website design that I would eventually own. I paid that evening via credit card, and I received a simple receipt with a different company name. I didn't recognize that until later. They sent me a questionnaire trying to get an understanding of what I wanted it to look like. The first set of logos looked like they pulled stock images of jewels, which is not what I stated I wanted. I explained more, and I sent them a photo of our family. They sent some horrible images back, and then they continued to make more modifications. When I expressed I didn't like them, I would passed on to someone else. All of this time, they would be pushing to sell me a security package for 2K "worth" 6K, and they kept pushing brochures and business cards (after repeatedly telling them no). I expressed wanting to cancel, and I was told that was not necessary. Step forward. After working with 4 different people, whom all use a Google phone, they are saying they met their obligations. They have changed their website (and I have screenshots of before) where they no longer promised a full money back guarantee. I have filed a claim against them with my credit card company. They will not give me money back for the logo, and they are only willing to give me 75% back on a website that doesn't have a consistent logo, is written in another language, and doesn't look anything like I said I wanted it to look like in the very beginning. Their website has so many errors, their links don't work on some of their marketing links, their FB page has no reviews. I am sure I am leaving something out, but they are fraudulent.
