I purchased 3 tee-shirts on October 7th and they never arrived. I checked the tracking number I was provided and it didn't work. I called FedEx Cross Border which was the tracking company provided and they informed me the number was not a valid number. I sent 2 letters and received no reply. I called the company directly and their phone number does not work. I would like a refund.
