I ordered two prints. They sent me proofs. One needed revision, and one was okayed in April, 2024. The one that was approved was never received, nor tracking number sent. A second proof was never sent. I sent multiple emails, that were not returned. Now the website is defunct. I fear that the company has gone under, and taken my money with them.

I ordered a personalized print 2/8/24, constant delays due to printers, never sent product, they said they would refund me after 3 months of NOTHING, never received refund. Disputed charge with credit card company, they in turn disputed the dispute, I provided several pages of email documentation to credit card company and they told me that I needed to take it up with the vendor. The CC company requested proof, I sent proof and they did nothing with it. I have sent a final email 6/13 to vendor stating an attorney will be called.

I have never used this company before and I wanted to order a special present for our wedding anniversary. I placed an order on 10/2/23. On 10/4/2023 I received and standard response stating my proof was available and ready to review. If I had any questions to send a reply. I asked if there could be a small revision and otherwise the pic looked beautiful. I sent the email back the same day and I received a simple, nice response 48 hours later stating, from Rachel Swanson/ Customer Support Team, No worries. She sent it to the design team. 10/10/23- I received the same standard response from Rachel stating the proof is ready. The same day I emailed Rachel back asking if the correction could be made since it was still there AND I attached the photo with a highlighted circle around the line I asked to be edited out. 10/12/23- still no response. So I emailed again stating I was a bit disappointed that I have not had any response and there wasn’t a number for me to call. 10/13/23- I received 2 RUDE emails from Stephanie Alexander/ Customer Support Team MANAGER , this: What are you talking about "response back sooner"? We literally state in our automated emails that we respond in 24 - 48 hours. We do not give special treatment to specific customers as we have MANY customers contacting us, so we abide by the same 24 - 48 hour timeline.

Now, in regards to the revision, you were absolutely NOT clear on what you needed fixed. Our team thought you meant the OTHER eye since from our POV, his left eye is on the left side.

Her response was absolutely out of line and not once mentioned “ left eye” in the picture since there was only one eye ( picture even highlighted and circled the eye in question). I responded back with Stephanie’s unprofessional email and her response, especially being a manager, needs to be reevaluated. This is a special anniversary and I feel pretty disappointed that I was going to have something special in time and it’s now 10/18/23 with nothing and the money is already collected by DBM.

Their website states "orders can take up to 3 - 7 business days to be made and shipped out".

My order was placed on 7/10 for a 7/30 birthday gift. I thought that would be plenty of time, not expecting a full week between communications.

Ordered 7/10, credit charge charged & confirmation received.
1st proof received 7/14 & change requested
Revised proof received 7/21 & Approved
I received and email about a week later stating to keep an eye out for tracking info from the shipper.

I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] with no response.

I emailed Designed by Memories a picture to have made into a painting for an upcoming anniversary. I immediately received an email stating they received my order and the funds were quickly taken out of my bank account. Their website states orders usually take 3-7 days to be made and shipped out. After a few weeks of waiting I emailed to ask the status of my order. Sarah Lopez emailed back to say they had emailed a proof and could I check my email? I never received a proof, I asked if it could please be sent again. She said it likely wouldn't get to me since it didn't the first time and could they just proceed. Very odd, but I said yes, please do, I need this by May 12th. The emails went back and forth, getting progressively more rude, on the part of Sarah Lopez, and I could never get an answer as to when my item would be shipped. I asked for someone else to respond to my emails, but nobody else did. There is no phone number to call, that I could find. Instead of ever providing an idea of when I'd receive my order, Sarah suggested it be cancelled in order to not do business with me. I received an email saying my order would be refunded and am waiting to see if it actually will be. The money isn't the biggest issue. I was counting on this gift for an anniversary present and based on their website, I had plenty of time to receive it. I ordered it on April 13th and my anniversary is May 12th. There never seemed to be any intention of actually sending the item I ordered.
