I was buying bruno mars tickets from him on facebook. He seemed legit at first because we would do the transaction via paypal. But he decided to do amazon gift card payment and gave back my money to paypal. He asked for $150 amazon gift card and additional $25 gift card for the “transferring” of tickets. He is from Arizona, arizona university, self employed was stated on his facebook page. He is black, and male.
