I ordered a watch by accident and emailed the company to cancel before it was shipped and they sent the product anyway days later. I received the product and wanted to return it and they said according to their policy I have to pay ship shipping to return it which is $188. The cost only 118. In the advertisement it said 100% guarantee. But they did not say that we would have to pay more for the product than the product is worth to send it back to China. It took over 18 days and the shipping place that packaged and shipped thier product to us was in California, but they won’t let us return it back to California. it does not say in the return policy anything about shipping the product to China at a very high price. The the contact phone number they gave me three times isn’t a working number . I keep returning emails saying I ordered the product I signed for. It did not sign anything in the email address they gave me is not a real address.
