I have documentation of all of these dates and emails.
It started on April 1st when I received calls from Despegar about buying our timeshares: Spoke to Joanna Martinez 505-796-8229
April 2nd- Spoke to her supervisor Isidro Manzanarez
April 4th- price was agreed upon for the sell of our timeshare
April 11th- Susan Smith- Real Estate Brokerage called to thank me for going through them as a closing company (have email documentation)
April 18th- Susan Smith emailed me with a copy of the cashiers check they were holding from the buyer $66750
May 5th- Emely Escobar emailed with wire instructions and purchase guarantee
May 6th- Emely Escobar emailed me Scotiabank with their phone number along with copies of the checks
May 8th- Elizabeth (from legal department) and I were on conference call with Scotiabank to verify both checks that were placed in my name. $66750 and 6750.
May 11th- emails to and from Despegar confirming that my reservations will not be canceled.
Daily calls with Elizabeth from Real Estate Brokerage (May 10-20)
May 11- Wired Mexico- $6,675 for my 10% closing cost.... Which I had received a confirmation along with a picture and a call from Scotiabank that they were reimbursing me.
May 12- emailed Isidro Manzanarez
Multiple conversations with Mexican officials from 5/12-5/17
May 13th- Recieved a call from Samuel Delgado from Bank One Investment in New York. 3 Times Square, New York, Ny 10036 646-760-2701. Saying they wanted to confirm my bank account so they could send out my money.
May 16th I called him to see where the funds were and he said he'd send them today.
May 17th- I called to see where the funds were and he said that another wire came through in my name for $14,685. He couldn't not send out the funds because he didn't know what these funds were for.
May 17th- spoke to Elizabeth. She said, it was money from Despegar for the capital gains sell of our timeshare because we were foreigners
May 17th- Conference call with Elizabeth and Mexican officials explaining the capital gains.
May 17th- email from Berta Gonsalez at ecretaria de Hacienda y Credito Publico Avenida Presidente Masaryk 172,

Toll Free: 1-(888)-433-8829 with wiring instructions and documentation from SAT about our capital gains
May 17th- email from Samuel Delgado Bank One showing they had both amounts that were supposed to be wired to me $ 73,425 (includes the cost to buy the timeshare and the 10% closing cost) and $14.685 for the 20% capital gains reimbursement
May 17th- I wired 14,685 to Scotiabank- 044180001094512531 Agencia CMGM entral INB. DEL CARIBE
