In September, I booked a suite for Feb 23rd-25. I recently asked for my confirmation code and did not receive a response. I called the hotel and they did not have record of my stay. I reached out to Destin Vacat and was met with the same promises of refunds that the hundreds of other scammers have been met with. We all (including the BBB) know her name, we know her address and we know her families information. Why hasn't anything been done?
