Name of this person, Carnell Lemar wanted to have the money wired in order to get the delivery of puppy and then once you send the money so called u-carrier send email and give you the tracking number of the puppy delivery but this delivery company keep asking money to send and saying that puppy needs better crate and insurance of puppy since this puppy is so young although this was all had to taken care of the seller but once I contact the seller he keeping saying do whatever the carrier says and they refund the money once they deliver the puppy....and keep asking money for medical certificate and etc...

Finally I have felt that it is scam and asked the seller to refund he then said to wait 30 working days and he is now broke so he does not have money to refund...

That puppy was for my son's 9th birthday gift and money tuat I send to the delivery company was my mom's hearing aids saving money.

I reported to the police dept and ABC news 7 on your side but no luck getting money back. Looks nobody wants to help me. Never bought a puppy online or a store so did not know what to expect when they ask me money to wire for the puppy being delivered and saying that it will be fully refund once the puppy delivered.
