Fall sweaters were advertised on a Facebook Ad. I tried to purchase sweaters on website I was redirected to. I did not receive order confirmation or tracking via email. I reached out to customer service and was given a 618track link which is a known scam tracking website. At the time I did not know this an patiently waited. When package was marked 'delivered' I had never actually received a package. I reached out to customer service who offered me either a 40% refund or to reship. I tried to ask for a full refund but they would not give it to me so I accepted a reshipment free of charge. After a month of waiting on another 618 tracking ID the package was again marked delivered but there was no package to be found. I reached out to customer service again who offered a 40-60% refund. I insisted on a full refund. They offered a full refund but said this would take 15-25 days for refund to show up in my account. I've never heard of a refund taking longer than 3-5 business days. It has been 15 days since this refund was accepted and I still have not received the money in my account.
