On December 30 I emailed the company at [email protected] to let them know that I still had not received the pants that I ordered on December 13. They told me it takes 30 business days and then they will ship out so I waited. I waited long enough and decided to email to see if my order was shipped out that was on January 30, 2024. That person was responding back to me letting me know that my order was being shipped out on Friday, which was February 2. That day came and went, and that was the last response that I received. I have been emailing since then even requesting my refund if they can’t come up with the product but still to date February 20, 2024 no response.
