“ Mr. DeLavallade.
I’ve been more than patient. I invested $1,000 in your company with the promise of a 12% return and almost $500 in merchandise, of which neither have I seen.
Complete refund or I will go public.
Since you didn’t keep your word, be a man and give me my money back.”
He replied with this message:
“ I am just seeing this message above. Not sure why you feel that coming at me like this is going to get me move faster or slower. Yes. You are right and you supported me when I first was getting rolling and I am very appreciative and grateful. Going public without discussing this as men would not be acceptable nor what would be ideal. I didn’t ignore your message because I didn’t see it. I don’t check this messaging platform so I will reply back you by Monday with a solution”
I waited over a week with no further contact from him.
