Type of a scam Online Purchase
When trying to reach out for an update the representative that was helping us got terminated. Wonder Why?? The owner was the one that got involved at this point and told us that he shouldn't of accepted the order to go back to them. She insisted that these units were not locked and that order was doubled checked and good to be sent back to us. We agreed to get the order back to our warehouse and advised her that if anything went wrong this time around we will take necessary measures to get our money back.
Order was received and checked. 18pcs still came out defective and 1 short piece as well. We asked for full refund on these units, no replacements. Defective items were shipped back to them mid January. We received an email from the owner advising us that unfortunately she could not give us full refund. We did not accept that decision as this order had wasted a good majority of our time and demanded to get a refund and close this out.
This was January 25th since then we have not heard back from anyone at Device Cycle. No refund was ever received. No solution to the problem, we were and still being ignored. This was a total waste of time for our company. Device Cycle proved to us what our intuition was telling us since the very beginning of the deal. Very bad company to deal with.
