I had placed the order approximately July 6, 2022, order # 44029, paid 75.69, for an Epson 2803 printer. Later I saw on their website a printer and wanted to change the order to an Epson EcoTank ET-15000 All-in-One wireless inkjet printer and was told that they would replace the printer for the latter one. I have email back and forth with them to check on the status of the order and asked for the tracking number. I received the tracking number and have checked on the status of the order. The tracking number given to me was AQ253180171CN. Here is what the tracking information that was given on the website. I have asked for a refund of my money and they stated on 08/10/22 that they would submit a request, but have not heard anything else from them since. They advertised and sold a tv. Bought on july 20th, currently its 8/8 and i never received an item even tho the website took the money from my account.
