I purchased a tool 2-2-2021 for 84.85 from dewalt store online. never sent tracking # asked 3 times for it , always some excuse the last one was when did you make your purchase. If you place an order with a company they should know when you purchased it. If they dont then how can they get a tracking #. they sent me an invoice and everything.The person i had contact with is Andy Sean but I dought that is his real name. I seen where other people has been scammed by this same person. but nothing has been done he is still in the theft business.
