I ordered a reciprocating saw from this site and promptly received an email confirming the order. The tracking number they gave me cannot be tracked and the email cannot be responded to. I can find no legitimate way to get in touch with this company. Complete and total scam! Is there any way to get my money back?

I know. I totally jumped the gun on ordering something from this company. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true!!! Now I just want to warn others. This company offers "refurbished" Dewalt power tools at awesome prices. Don't be fooled like I was. They claim it takes 15-20 business days to deliver your order. My "order" went about 12 business days with the tracking number showing only that it had cleared a station in China. Then it finally showed up in Chicago, then to Texas? I do not live in Texas!!! Then on the 22nd business day it showed delivery by USPS in Texas! I received nothing. Others, I have found out, received a small package of smiley face stickers instead of their order. Some of those orders totaling a couple hundred dollars! Very smug.

Avoid this company!!!!!

My husband order De Walt tools through this website. We placed the order 1-1-21 they processed it 1-2-21 and we received a tracking number we thought was linked to our order on 1-3-21. We had informed delivery so we were able to see when it came. We got notified 1-14-21 that our package was delivered to Gilbert az 3000 miles for where we lived. We called the Usps and they then told me it was delivered to Gilbert az and so we asked can you confirm that name is linked to that package they said they couldnt because the had no name attached to it. So I go on the website to contact support which there is no number. Only email. And emailed them asking why it was shipped else where and wanted know what they are going to do about it. They responded saying that they would reship our order we agreed. On 1-17-21 they notified us that it had been re shipped. I respond with asking for a tracking number but they then told me that they couldnt provide one because of system errors. My husband decided to go ahead and wait to see if we would receive a package. Still we havent. They said 10 days. So I emailed them demanding my money back. They said im 5-8 business days. I have asked for proof they started the refund process and much more. No response and havent had one in 2 days. This was taking off my unemployment card. Usually with money refunded it only takes a day for it to process. But still no refund. Not to mention when contacting customer service its the same one person responding. Andy Sean. Probably a made up name. So now im left without my merchandize and lost 53.66.

Ordered dewalt products from this website. Did not receive order information, tracking number, nothing. Was charged the amount on my credit card. No one is getting back to me about my order on their contact us email. It’s been 3 weeks now

This website is really believable (professional looking site/HTTPS with lock), and accepted PayPal, etc. The prices were good, but kinda believable. However, at checkout they gave us another discount, something like 50%. That should have been enough of a flag for me to stop right there! Anyways. After payment I realized they didn't every give me an order number or confirmation, nor did they say when it would ship. So I started checking online and found that Dewalt had posted this warning:

I went back to the site and started clicking on links. Many links didn't work, like the links for Contact Info, Company Information, Order Tracking, etc. Other links did work, like: Contact us, or sign in (these gave out NO information but would take your information).

A very believable site. I consider myself pretty savvy, but I fell for it.

PayPal transaction shows Name is: LAFROMBOISE. Note: I reached out to PayPal within 30 minutes of placing the order, but there wasn't an option to cancel the transaction, even though the status was pending. I repeatedly tried to call PayPal, but I kept getting notices about COVID-19 and service agents not being available. I did file an online claim, but they don't have options that cover this situation. I tried to file a fraud claim, so PayPal locked down my account. The thing is, I authorized this transaction, so none of the reasons fit. I texted with a virtual agent, but even that followed a prescribed format that didn't fit my situation and they kept sending me in a loop. In the midst of all of this, the payment finalized so I don't know if I'll be able to get that reversed or not. I'll keep trying, but PayPal is a nightmare right now!
