They told me it there was a loan out in my name. I did not take a loan out so they were using that to get me to call them back to inquire about the loan they were referring  to.  They were using the bait and switch method. When I called the same number right back that they called me from it was disconnected.  This is a scam. They lied and said someone had a loan in my name which was not true.  I do not want anyone else to fall for this scam and this type of call.
