I ordered a computer from DFRobot.com since they show a california location for US customers. Upon arrival the item was not working at all, DOA. i contacted them through email ([email protected]) which is the only option they have available either for a replacement or refund within an hour of delivery. I was fowarded to their support team for the product lattepanda 32GB RAM. upon review, their support team concluded the product was in fact defective, and told the store to go ahead and procceed with the next steps. once contacted by the store department they stated i would have to ship the item to china & pay out of pocket. once i asked them why to china considering the item was sent to me from their warehouse in california they immediately stopped contact. refused to offer a replacement and/or a refund. I lost $700 on this order.
