We signed a documented agreement that they would purchase our house. Before signing, they were helpful and responsive and promised us that our conditions would be met. They manipulated us through phone calls and legitimate-seeming contracts to lure us in before we signed. Immediately after signing, communications dropped off. Weeks went by and even though we desperately tried to contact them, we heard NOTHING. Apparently they had voided our agreement and were not going to tell us at all. The only reason we found out is because I had to call their phone nonstop. We wasted so much time and money and their complete and utter disregard for communication led to their breach of contract and unfair business practices. I doubt that this is even a legal business at all. Additionally, they got access to our Social Security information and more.
