Purchased phone case, At day 4 package no longer tracked, at day 15 i reached out and asked what was the deal, Automatic response stated. Refunds only available after 60 days.

At day 61, reached back out by email and phone, again Automatic replies. At day 70 i reached back out with the same results. I have received no help from the company, and after more research. This company is a scam, and takes money from people and provides no items or Customer Service.

My order was confirmed on July 7th and paid through affirm with 2 day express shipping. I never received my order even though Dgitrends says my order was fulfilled. This company is a scam and I’m at a loss for my money. What can I do because they won’t respond.

Ordered and never recieved product. Out 70 dollars from them remove the site and this scam! How can so many complaints be made and nothing done about it? How is this even legal? By there return policy i only have 14 days to return an item i never recieved! This is disgusting taking advantage of people!

Scammers! Purchased a watch for 129$ and 4 weeks later I still have not received it. I have emailed 4 plus times and called but the voicemail they have is a huge red flag because it’s a robotic voice mail. I have reported this company to my cc. Do Not Ever use this company!

Never sent the item. Emailed three times and called. They only sent auto replies and have not shipped the item. It has been 3 weeks. They send you a tracking email but it is to sign up for some sales marketing application they want to install on your phone. I filed complaint with paypal to get my money back.

I received my supposedly tempered glass phone case. It was damaged near the opening for the speaker. It was covered by the front plastic protective film. Excluding the metal framework,
is plastic! This chip turned into a crack that now covers the entire case.. I contacted dgitrends via email a couple times. I even sent photos of the damages. No response. I counted them through their website a couple times, no response. I called them today, but I am not going to hold my breath waiting for a return call.

On April 29th I purchased a phone case from Dgitrends for 29.95 . I waited the aloted time aloud then got a email from kylie the customer satifaction team saying that due to covid 19 all orders are delayed 15 to 20 days ( after waiting 2 weeks ) finally git an update 1 month later stating my order has neen shiped . To my surprise it was shiped according to the map from china . Here it is June 18th 2020 and i have not got one update , not one email , . When you try to email them you get a robot response stateing , due to the covid 19 our staff has been reduced . And it may take up to 72 hrs for a response. If you try to call you get a recording to leave a message . Never once has a real person picked the phone up . Nor have i gotten a call back . Still no update on where my phone case is .

And yes they took the money back in april .

I placed my order in March, no where on the site does it say that they are shipping from China. After a couple weeks I reached out with an automated reply saying I would be contacted within 72 hours. I was never contacted, I reached out several more times with the same automated reply. I tried to track my order and it says "expired" or "not found" All of the reviews on the site are 5 star, and when you try to post a review there is no place to actually post it. Therefore all of the reviews are fake. Please take this site down, I'm a Healthcare worker, I understand covid 19, and this is not due to covid 19, they have a site on instagram and many others have experienced the same thing with this company.
