I ordered (6) items from what I though was DH Gate Outlet on August 27, 2024. I have not received any of the items purchased. I have reached out to the Customer Service link provided in the email. There is a tracking number, ************** which takes you to a tracking website, 17track. The last update says out for delivery since 9/27/24. I have asked for a refund multiple times to the CS link provided and they respond item has shipped and I should receive soon. It has been 35 days. The bank transaction says I paid, ThaiQhonlineshop. I have also filed a ScamPulse.com complaint against DH Gate.
