They took my money and never delivered anything. They lied about the entire transaction. The store closed immediately after they got my money.

DHGate is selling sports teams' jerseys and clothing and portraying them as "officially licensed" and authentic, when they really have no connection to any of the teams. They offer products for most teams in most sports and include trademarks and copyrighted material with no link to real owners of the intellectual property.

Ive already filled this out but since ScamPulse.com has a terrible site i have to type it all over again. Bottom line, this co allows you to place orders. NOTHING they do makes any sense. If you order in Jan and Feb, they mail the newer order first, while you still havent seen Jan order arrive. Thy send fake counterfeit junk and will not refund you or allow you to return the garbage. They have the worst website, nothing makes sense, no one speaks english, they are complete crooks that take your money and never send item or send fake items. stay away from the crooked thieves.

I ordered a purse from their website, and used my bank card to pay for it. They took the money out of my account on 11/21 and charged me an international fee, but when I go to my orders on their site, it says awaiting payment and awaiting confirmation and has no order number. I filled out their automated online services to get a refund and it won’t help me without an order number, which they didn’t give me. My order page is frozen and doesn’t let me click on anything

Dhgate took my payment off my credit card after making a purchase, a few days later stated that my account was closed and it no longer exist.

I bought the purse on their website. Seller send me different purse of bad quality that had strong chemical smell. Wrote to seller but he/she wont take responsibility about the mistake. Asked Dhgate to get involved and was told to send back the purse and send receipt to their customer service by 13th. I came from vacation and today, the 12th went and shipped the item. For an hour tried to submit receipt, loaded all the receipts and pictures but web kept on freezing, not allowing to submit. After substantial time it start showing me that case been closed due to lack of proof, releasing the money I paid to seller. Such a bad business', lost money, disappointed. I don't recomend using the website to anyone, looks like they don't care about buyers.

I ordered a pair of shoes & never received them. They gave me a fake tracking number that shows the package was delivered but to the wrong address. I obtained a copy of the shipping label from the United States Postal Service showing that the company sent it to the wrong address. The company refuses to refund my money.

I found this online company. DHGate.com. I purchased two belts for $16 & $14. I gave my debit card number. The money was withdrawn from my account. I never received my order. I cannot reach the company.

On 10/28/19 I placed 2 orders for 3 products on DHgate.com - all from the same seller called "ghitt_vc." This seller claimed that they do custom orders. I sent the seller multiple messages regarding my custom order requests. No response. I contacted DHgate Customer Service Live Chat MANY TIMES to see if they can contact the seller for me. They claimed they were sending him requests compelling him to respond. Nothing. Today, probably the 7th or 8th time I've contacted their customer service via Live Chat, the customer service agent (they all go by fake names btw - the most recent agent I spoke to was named "Barbie" - also had a guy in the Philippines tell me his name was "Jake.") told me that this seller was actually SUSPENDED FROM DHgate A FEW DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDERS! Nobody told me that. So today I filed for refunds and I was told by one agent that the seller had 5 days to respond. Then the supervisor they transferred me to told me he has 7 days to respond. I explained that he's NOT CURRENTLY A LIVE SELLER ON THEIR SITE and that he hasn't responded to me OR DHgate since placing the orders, but they're holding the money anyway.

Bottom line here is that this site is a scam to collect personal information and credit card info. The "sellers" don't exist, there is no product, and they take your money but refuse to give it back. Now I have to hire lawyers and contact FBI or other state department branches in order to get a refund AND have the company investigated. THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY COLLECTING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH DHgate!
