Scammer must have hacked into a friend's Facebook account and messaged me asking if I had heard about the new DHHS program. I asked "the what?" And they went on to say that they had gotten $13900 from it and if I wanted the agent link so that I could apply for it myself. When I asked who they were they replied with "your mother" to which I explained that she was dead, and then they asked if I was dead and then blocked me.
