Donald Hill was hired to complete a back porch enclosure. He took money to order the materials. He never ordered anything and never showed up to do the work. He would text us every once in a while to tell us materials were ordered or they were taking longer than usual. After that, no contact at all was made. He will not answer phone calls or return texts. He is a crook.

This person had done some work in our neighborhood. He was recommended and seemed like a legit businessman. However, he took payment for material and never returned. He told us, by text, that things were on order and had given us a rough start date on our porch project. However, he never updated us further or showed up. He will not answer his phone or return messages.
