Told me they had a lab bill from 10/12/2022 that wasn't paid. I asked for additional information but they were only able to provide an invoice#108476. They told me if I didn't pay they would report me and this information would fall into my credit report. I told them I wasn't going to pay them anything without documentation. I also mentioned I would check with my doctor to see if I had even a doctor's visit during this date. They said they would put my information on hold until I got back to them.
