After the purchase, I was provided a link and a tracking number. The package seemed to move along for a month, went through customs, and about 30 days later it showed that it was delivered in Shoreline, WA. I contacted them to let them know that I never received to package. They responded saying the it was delivered to the wrong address and they were going to send another package. At this point the name of the company changed from Diagramy.online to Luxury factory. I agreed to wait for the package and the same thing happened, but this time, it was delivered to Frisco. At that point I requested a refund and was told that it was going to take 20 to 30 days. After 30 days I emailed them again and they said it was going to take 10-15 days. When I emailed them again they went back to 20 to 30 days. Their last email was on Feb 29th. It said.

Dear customer, I have contacted the finance department to provide you with a refund. Please wait. It will take approximately 15 to 30 days to arrive. Rest assured you will receive your refund safely. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time. contact me.

I received the same response multiple times before.
