They have this "one day only" sale where they claim they are going out of business so you just pay shipping and handling and get these diamond art kits for free. You order them and then they tell you the kits shipped but the tracking number doesnt work and the website is now unavailable. I ordered and paid in April of 2020 and now even months later I never even got the kits they promised.

I placed an order on 4/20/20. They took the money from my account that very same day. To this date (6/1/20), they have not sent me a confirmation or order number for me to track. They have not responded to any of my many emails. They have not responded to any negative feedback that I have left on their Facebook page.

Order items from them on 4/19/2020 never received order and credit card was charged i got tracking # for a package that has never been sent

DO NOT order from this company or any related name. They will take your money, never send you the product and then remove their website so you have no way of reaching them. The phone number encourages users to file complaints on the website, which does not exist. That same phone number is used on at least 3 similarly named bogus companies. STAY AWAY!!!

If you do happen to receive the product it is way smaller and terrible quality compared to how it was advertised.

This company did an IG ad that my daughter showed me. I looked them up and saw that it was local to Los Alamitos, CA and not China, so I let her order one (thank God it was only one!). Shipping was within a few days, but when I didn't get tracking I had a suspicion. I finally received a tracking number but it didn't show any movement or that it was valid. I reached out to the company and was told that it had shipped and she would find out the progress. Never heard back. Went to the website today and it's gone. Doesn't exist.
