Two men approached my grandfather yesterday and talked him into having sealant put on the driveway. After it was all said & done they claimed they put on two coats which came out to 90 gallons and asked $3200.

After disagreeing they dropped it to $1800 and he regrettably paid. 1300 cash & 500 check.

The one who appeared to be in charge claimed his name was Eddie Cooper. The phone number he left traces back to Stella Cooper.

They also asked for the name on the check to be left blank and claimed they would use a check cashing outfit as opposed to a bank to cash the check.
