I have also been scammed by Francis Chartrand-Imbleau. I contacted him through Kijiji. He even told me that an other customer had a 21feet pool liner for me because I couldn’t find a new one since he had mentioned that he did not instal used pool liner. His client had bought the wrong size. Like everyone else, tried contacting him by phone and email and no return calls or emails.

I lost a 200$ deposit PLUS my 400$ Pool liner…. He scammed me for 600$ !

Nowhere to be found - many people looking for him in a similar situation on Kijiji
Please don't send him money - he even gave us a receipt, looks legit but clearly doesn't exist.

I contacted FRANCIS CHARTRAND IMBLEAU via KIJIJI as he had an ad for pool installation services, we exchanged messages and we agreed on a date of installation and on an amount of the charge, he asked for 10% in order to book a date, i sent him$200 via e-transfer and he sent me a receipt. Closer to the date i contacted him to arrange a time of arrival and he never returned my calls, emails or text messages, i started to do some digging and came across an ad of another lady asking if anyone had dealt with him and she was also looking for him, same person's name, same phone number.
