I ordered a diamond painting kit and received a tracking number. I've had this experience before with other scammers. They sent me a tracking number which said pending. I contacted the shipping company and they told me that the product was never sent to them and that I should contact the seller, which I did. They do not answer their emails. I phoned the number provided and left a message. I've done the same thing every day for the past 5 days with no response. I provided them with everything possible including my order number, tracking number, email response from the tracking company (CNE Service), and given them every opportunity to respond to me. All I get is silence.
