I ordered a dress via an IG ad. After a month, I still had not received the merchandise. I reached to the company to inquire. They apologized and ensured me the product would arrive as soon as possible. It did. However, the product did not come with a return label and I wanted to return the item. I reached out to the company and they gave me the run around about how the dress was shipped from their warehouse in France and offered me the opportunity to exchange the product. After several emails of me insisting they provide me with a return label and a refund, they stopped communicating with me. I also informed them that I knew their warehouse was not in France. The phone numbers on the website and my bank statement were both bogus. I reached out to my bank, filed a fraud claim, and was able to secure my refund. This company is a fraud. I would not recommend.

The website purports to sell affordable but beautiful dresses, showing images of trendy, young, beautiful women. However, I don't believe any of the photos are of the clothes they sell, just the ones they mimic. I ordered 2 dresses to try, understanding the return policy was as follows: "Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item arriving. All customers are responsible for any shipping costs in return, and this is non-negotiable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note it usually takes 5-7 business days but can take up to 30 business days." It has now been 60 days since my package arrived at their facility, with tracking from UPS. I have not heard from them in over two weeks. I paid not only for the dresses that looked like childrens' costumes in person, but also for the return shipping. I would have kept them and donated the clothes or something, had I known that they would be keeping my money anyway...
