An instagram friend of mine told me i was on the list on a grant that i actually won she gave me a number to text to claim my winnings so when i did that they asked me my information such as my address my income and my age. Then they asked how would you like your winnings delivered cash or check? I said check just cause i was hoping this was legit. Then they said i would need to pay $300 for shipping and taxes fee. I said to them if supposedly won a grant or winnings why would I have to pay first? They said because its part of protocol. I got mad at my instagram friend that told me of this and just blocked her. And told whoever was texting me to not contact me ever again.
