My experience is very much similar but they even sent me a check to deposit and when they ask me about using a cash app like application for getting money out to pay for a vendor that's what I knew it was a scam.

I received a text message from "Andrew" from Diasorin Company. He knew my name and said he saw my resume on Indeed. He asked me to download Telegram Messenger and contact the hiring manager Nicole Himler for an interview. I did and she immediately gave me a chat interview. She asked a lot of questions, but when she asked about my bank it made me pause and look it up. My husband told me to ask for a domain email or some kind of proof. The email she gave me was not the same as the company. I blocked her on Telegram and blocked Andrew on my contacts.
