I ordered clothes from a popular brand and it was through this company. They stated it would be delivered in 7-14 days. It finally stated delivered after 1.5 months. It was not actually delivered. I filed a complaint and asked for a refund. They stated the company of the popular brand would have to give me the refund and they denied it. They said we can resend the order. I agreed to this. They “resent” the order and once again said it arrived (this time in 2 weeks) and once again it wasn’t delivered. I filed another complaint requesting a refund and so far no answer.
