I bought sneakers off a website that advertised as Dick's Sporting Goods in June 2024. I received an email confirmation and order number. I have followed up many many many times to the [email protected] email address only to be told they are working on it. Now that I research the email address and see it's a scam I understand why I don't have shoes or refund.

Back in July of 2023 I ordered 3 shirts which I have never received from Dick's Sporting Goods, or someone using their logo. I have been in contact with the email person listed. I even looked up the tracking number and found that it is a tracking number used in scam. I have enclosed the conversation with this person. which includes the original order.
