They grab you by using Dicks as well as the UGG company name and lead you to believe you can get 4 pairs of shoes for like 60% off. I ordered them on 11/4/23. I kept getting up dates and then on the 31st it said delivered. I was home every day due to my surgery so I never received anything. I tried to find out the carrier. I got no response, in the beginning they answered my email because I had ordered the wrong size and they said they changed it. Now my emails will not go through. customercare-vip.com.. when I looked to see who the payment went to it says Powae apparel in Hong Kong. When I Google it that name isn't found. My husband also tried and the response he got was someone getting smart with him. We lost 61.70$ on Dick's and 52$ from UGG. The tracking company was QLWL
