The deal was too good to be true but i tried to purchase the shoes anyway. When i tried to check out there was a lot of issues with my card. 1. Purchase failed due to insufficient funds. (but there was plenty odd room on there card) 2. Certain cards when i entered my cvv the confirm feature wouldn't highlight too allow me to continue.

I became suspicious and frustrated so aborted the whole thing. I later looked up the REAL Dicks website and it was nothing like the one i viewed prior.

Bought 2 pair of shoes online from what I thought was Dick's via FB. When I tried to followup to see when it would be delivered I discovered it was fake.

A friend send me a text link for a cheap Stanley Cup through Dicks Sporting Goods from Facebook. I was using my phone and did not notice that the link was not from Dicks. I paid $14.98 for the cup and got a confirmation from a completely different email ([email protected] and [email protected]), both of which seem to be dead. 5 hours later, I called my credit card company to put a hold on the charge but they said it was too late.

They have set up a fake Dicks Sporting Goods site, and are running ads on facebook

The email offers a 5 question with 5 peoples fake comments. The questionnaire was 8 questions long, not 5. And then it says free shipping yet after the survey it says "Just pay shipping" hahaha

I just received an alert from my bank asking if I had made any purchases from Dicks Sporting Goods ( which I replied NO) but someone tried 3 different times to make purchases. This has happened about A month ago the exact same thing!
