Found on Facebook marketplace as warehouse sale for kayaks and paddleboards. Web address was weird (bignewproducts.com); however, when going back to look up via safari, it took me to same page. Said it was a certified, safe, and protected site with the typical trust emblems. Once “order” processed; repetitive follow up emails about progress, including shipping and tracking information. I became suspicious when it said the delivery was provided by sprinter. I then searched for sprinter delivery, which populated one from Oklahoma, which then indicated that their company had been listed as deliverer of many fictitious online orders. I immediately came here to report and work with my cc company when I discovered NO contact information for customer service, only a link that doesn’t work. I tried to go back to sprinters website to populate the message again but couldn’t get it to.
