This person called a family member looking for me. Stated that I used my family as a reference and that I needed to contact them and once I did relay the case number that was provided. I did so but refused to verify any personal information because I did not who this person was. They stated I had complaints against me and per federal guides could not state what the issue was until I verified myself. So I said no I will not verify until I'm told what this is about. They were rude and said we'll when you're done playing games you can call back until then you will find out once you're summoned to court. I laughed and said yeah ok and they hung up. I know that's how scammers get their stuff done. However it unnerved me to know they had the last four digits of my social which I didn't conform and my birth year also didn't confirm. Just my name is all.

This person is calling me non stop for a person that I do not know. Extremely rude when I asked for them to stop calling me.

This morning I received a phone call from 8155287073. I did not answer and let it go to voice mail.

When I checked to see if they left a message, I heard a female computer generated voice leave the following message:

“Just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once again expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 815-528-7073 I repeat 815-528-7073 thank you…”.

Attached is a screenshot of the voicemail transcript. The transcript didn’t pick up all the words so I listened to the audio of the message and filled in the missed words that way.

I was called with a voice message saying I could lower i credit card interest rate and to press 1. I pressed 1 a woman came on the line and said you're inquirying about how to lower you're credit card interest rate? I said what credit card she said they have partnered with visa and a bunch of other financial companies I said ok but I have no credit cards and she hung up on me.

This person called and let a message saying a warrant was being issued against my name and to call them back it was very urgent that I call so it could be stopped.

I answered phone and lady on the other end was fumbling around and seemed surprised I answered and wasn't sure I was there. She said I had stayed at a resort and won a trip to Orlando and a cruise. I told her I had to go.

I am wondering if this is part of the scam to get a person to say yes. The can you hear me now. I can't remeber if I said yes or not

I was working on this earlier and don't think it went through. Sorry if I did it twice.
