I received a call from a 904 area code but the message they left told me to call 855-546-7300 which seemed suspicious to begin with. The person said their name was Craig Osburn and that a refusal had been filed(whatever that means) and I should call back the 855 number x 117. He said I had ignored previous phone call, mail, email etc and was now in foreclosure (I don't own a home) and to avoid collection and set up a payment plan. THIS is a SCAM! They have bits of information and think talking tough will scare you into giving them information. I am not going to call them back as I see complaints and scan warning all over the internet. I wish something could be done!
