They called stating I was fraudulently obtaining monies from a pay-day loan company while living in South Carolina in 2011 or 2012. Could not give me the exact name of who gave the loan but stated it was one of the companies that fall under the Direct Cash Loan parent company and that they would be suing me and that the attorney would be reaching out to me to discuss the law suit. I asked the attorneys name and phone number and she said he works in their office but is out right now. His name is Robert Tomlin. I tried to find him on the Indiana State Bar and could not find him, only a Larry Tomlin
