Was told because stayed a previous resort I could have a discounted vacation to Ft.Lauderdale, Florida. I continued to play along with the game but using an accent so I could get them to spell the hotel name. I would ask to repeat the letters and they got fed up and when I repeated the name twice they just agreed. It was not a word that made sense. They pressured me into giving me my credit card info for the vaguely described vacation. I asked for a contact number to call back and they hesitated and would not give one. They also said my trip would cost $1600 for three days and a chance to win a cruise to the Bahamas. The telephone number the scam came from is a local car dealership and I may believe they had nothing to do with it and their number was hacked to use.
